Spinach Pie (Fasting)
Simple, easy and delicious :)
Preparation steps
- Clean the spinach and boil it in salted water. Do not leave it in boiling water for too long, but just to "throw away some key", or simply steam it with hot water. Squeeze well, and finely chop on a board. While the spinach is straining, clean the string of spring onions and finely chop it. Add salt and fry in oil, then add the chopped spinach and fry everything a little more. Add a little and a little pepper. Remove from the stove. Then coat the crust with oil, cover with another crust, and then spread a mixture of spinach and onion over it, roll it up, coat it with a little oil and the pie is ready for baking.
