Great pastry with fresh spinach and feta cheese ... summer soup with you and you have a complete lunch ...
Preparation steps
- Chop baby spinach or plain into small pieces. Crumble feta cheese. Add baking powder, salt, a little sugar to the flour and chop the cold butter. Mix everything together to get a crumbly dough. It doesn't have to be completely crumbly, if you have pieces of butter left, it's ok.
- Add chopped spinach and feta cheese to it. Add lightly sweet cream and knead the dough. Shake on a floured work surface and tap with your hands to make a circle as in the picture.
- Cut into 8 equal parts, arrange in a baking tray lined with baking paper and then coat with sweet cream.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C for about 20 minutes or until they get a nice brown color.
