Spinach corba
This is how my grandmother and mother made it and it is one of the first dishes I learned to cook
Preparation steps
- Saute carrots cut into thin rings in oil until well fried.
- Add well cleaned and washed spinach, and pour water. Gently let the spinach wither and start cooking. When it starts to boil, add salt to taste. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- When the spinach is ready, remove from the stove, break the whole egg into the cob 1 and mix lightly to make the cob white.
Serving
You all already know that it goes best with sour milk or sour cream!
