Spinach and Ricotta cake
Light salty cake, suitable for your festivities :)!
Preparation steps
- Boil the spinach and strain it. Heat a little olive oil (1 tablespoon) and put the spinach, so that it loses water, let it bake for 5 minutes and add salt and pepper.
- Mix the ricotta well with a mixer, add the spinach, stirring on the lowest speed. Finally add the eggs.
- Place the puff pastry in baking tray with baking paper and pour the mixture over.
- You can grate a little parmesan on top, so that the crust on the cake comes to you.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °.
- You can also put bacon or ham in 100 g, by cutting it into cubes and frying it a bit so that it loses fat.
