Spinach and potato moussaka (without meat)

My lunch today ... very light ... delicious ..

Preparation steps

  • Boiled potatoes cut into rings. Finely chop the onion head and fry in a little oil, then add finely chopped cleaned and washed spinach to the onion. Add salt, spice, finely chopped garlic and finally diced Trappist cheese. Add 1-2 tablespoons of pretzels. Put a row of potatoes, spinach in a greased baking dish and finish with potatoes. Drizzle with scrambled eggs and yogurt. Bake until golden brown.
