one cake is light and the chocolate cake is made with homemade fondant

Preparation steps

  • BISCUITS: Beat the eggs well (first beat the egg whites when you have beaten the egg whites, add sugar little by little and mix continuously and finally add little by little the egg yolks and mix until everything is nicely combined, then when everything is combined add lightly walnuts, chocolate (which you cut it into pieces with a knife) and flour mixed with baking powder. Bake at 170 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Bake 4 crusts from this mass.)
  • CREAM: Beat eggs with sugar, add pudding and mix so that there are no lumps. Bring the milk to a boil when it boils add the mixture of pudding and eggs and cook until it thickens. Add the chocolate to the still hot cream and stir until the chocolate melts. Then leave the cream to cool in the cooled cream add the margarine.
