Spicy young cabbage ...

... with bacon

Preparation steps

  • Fry the bacon in a little heated oil, add the onion, and when it has hardened, add the garlic. After 2-3 minutes, stir in the chopped cabbage. When it dries, simmer covered for about 10 minutes to soften. Meanwhile, sprinkle with the prescribed spices. Towards the end, remove the lid so that the excess liquid evaporates.
