Spicy chicken beetle stew

A simple and tasty dish that takes a little longer to prepare.

Preparation steps

  • Fry leeks, garlic in heated olive oil, add carrot and celery, and after a couple of minutes, well-washed and chopped chicken legs and lorber. Simmer with stirring for 10 minutes, then pour a cup of water and cook, occasionally adding a little water, for about an hour.
  • After that time, when the pimples soften, add wine, tomato juice, beef cube, basil, pepper and sudzuk pepper. Continue to simmer for another half an hour, making sure that there is always enough liquid, then sprinkle with chopped parsley, adjust the taste, and remove from the heat.

Serving

Serve with pasta, rice, mashed potatoes or a slice of good bread.
