Spelta with forest blackberries

I dedicate this recipe to my virtual friend Birsa, because she has been following my recipes since the beginning, it seems to me that she has tried a lot of them :) Because she supports me and trusts me, and we both try to live a simpler, more valuable, healthier yes, a more correct way of life ... Food is an important factor here, they don't say in vain that you are what you eat ... Somewhere it occurs to me that Birsey might like this "simple as a bean" recipe;)

Preparation steps

  • Soak the spelled and leave it overnight. Sprinkle the water in which it stood and put it to cook.
  • When cooked (the grain is like wheat, only twice as big), sweeten it with maltex and add coconut leaves, dried chokeberry, chopped hazelnuts, nutmeg and fresh forest blackberries.

Serving

A wonderful breakfast of the oldest cereal in the world, which will strengthen your immunity, will not burden the digestive system and most importantly raise the hormone of happiness :)
