Speculaas balls

For all Speculaas biscuit lovers

Preparation steps

  • Grind the biscuits and mix with the cheese. Add the vanilla flavor and tie the mixture with your hands. Shape into balls and place and cool for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and oil and dip the cooled balls in the glaze and leave them to cool again. Decorate them as desired. From this amount of ingredients, I got 15 balls the size of Rafaella.
  • Update: I made a new round of balls today and this time I added half a teaspoon of gingerbread spices to the chocolate and oil. So, those little espresso spoons. The taste is great, so if you like, you can try this version too! ;-)
