Spaghetti with smoked carp

Preparation steps

  • clean the carp from the bones.
  • Chop the boned meat.
  • Stew the fish meat in a little olive oil, add rosemary, pepper and salt to taste for about 5 minutes, add lemon juice and simmer for a few minutes and finally add sour cream, add salt if necessary for another minute and the sauce is ready.
  • Cook fresh spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions and combine with the sauce.
  • Serve as a seasonal salad.
