Spaghetti with pistachios
Surprise the spaghetti with a new delicious sauce of pistachios, gorgonzola, cooking cream that make this recipe really special. Spaghetti recipes are never enough!
Preparation steps
- Cook the spaghetti in salted water and drain.
- Place the torn gorgonzola on the heated oil, heat and pour over the cream.
- Cook the sauce over low heat, add Natur, pepper and finally pistachios.
- Stir the cooked spaghetti into the sauce and stir gently.
Serving
Serve immediately warm, sprinkled with grated cheese and salad as desired.
Advice
Set a tablespoon of chopped pistachios aside and sprinkle with spaghetti before serving.
