Spaghetti with asparagus and meat sauce

I have to admit that I just made something here with the ingredients that I really had and in the end it turned out very fine, and I don't know if it was prepared that way :) It was mostly a nice, quite fast, healthy and complete meal :)

Preparation steps

  • Wash the asparagus and cut off the top, peel off the lower part. Cut the lower parts to approx. 4 centimeters. Cut the meat into cubes, add salt and pepper. Put everything together (and the tops of the asparagus!) In boiling water with a teaspoon of vegeta. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Cook the spaghetti in salted water.
  • Drain the asparagus with other things, a little water in which to cook to preserve. Separate a third of the asparagus (the tops do not count) and place in a multipractice with fresh cheese. Make it nice and creamy and add a little water in which it was cooked, if necessary, so that it is not too thick. Heat the rest of the asparagus and the meat in a pan, add the sauce and heat a little more and season with salt and pepper. Add the drained spaghetti and mix everything together. Serve :)

Serving

I don't know, but I don't think the meat I used is for that. Use meat of your choice that is cooked briefly. I recommend integral pasta :)
