Spaghetti the Marseille way

another of the endless versions of sauces and pasta :))

Preparation steps

  • while the spaghetti is cooking cook the sauce
  • in a pan heat the oil and fry the champignons on it for about 1 min, add the meat and fry for about 10 min until the meat turns light brown
  • add tomatoes, celery leaves, olives, salt and pepper
  • stir well and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, when almost immediately pour the spaghetti sauce

Serving

before pouring on the meal, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired and serve as a side dish with a delicious salad ...
