Spaghetti milanese with vegetables
Pour red sauce over the spaghetti milanese with mushrooms and zucchini and enjoy a Mediterranean dish.
Preparation steps
- Put the pasta (spaghetti) in 2 liters of unsalted boiling water, to which you have added a teaspoon of oil, and cook for 15 minutes, then drain.
- Pour the sauce concentrate into cold water and stir.
- Fry sliced vegetables in olive oil, pour over the whipped sauce and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
Serving
Place the pasta in a heated plate, pour over the warm sauce and serve.
