Spaghetti lipstick :-)
As I was not particularly hungry, and it was time for lunch, from the "leftovers" from the fridge came a very tasty and interesting cold meal salad with "scuba" ... Another proof of how the imagination can do anything in an hour ;-)
Preparation steps
- Grate the beets into small pieces and add it to the previously cooked spaghetti, and then grind the "mold" into smaller pieces and put it in a bowl with the beets and spaghetti.
- Separately mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, ginger powder, cinnamon and pepper passed through the press, mix everything well and pour over the spaghetti.
Serving
Mix all the ingredients well, leave for a few minutes for the taste to permeate, and then put a few teaspoons of hummus with paprika over everything, sprinkle richly with integral sesame seeds and garnish with some olives ...
