Soybean lotion

Let my first recipe be one of my favorites :). A quick cheap and easy vegan bolognese! (If you really insist on looking like the original bolognese, use soy steaks)

Preparation steps

  • Soak soy flakes in boiling water and leave to stand for about 10 minutes
  • Saute finely chopped onion, spring onion, carrot and pepper in oil, gradually adding water
  • Add pumpkin seeds to the stewed vegetables and sauté for a while
  • Drain the soybeans well and simmer for about 5 minutes on the vegetables, stirring constantly
  • Grind the tomatoes in a blender (or use the tomatoes from the box, tube ...) and add to the soy and vegetables.
  • Cook until the excess liquid evaporates (15 minutes), and add salt, pepper, oregano and basil (or spices as desired) towards the end.

Serving

It goes great with all pasta ..

Broccoli became the subject of research by scientists and nutritionists a few years ago, and for this mini version of kale we can only say that a clean cheek came out of the research: it was found to contain the most powerful natural anticancer agent!

Roasted pine nuts or grated parmesan will give an already excellent dish an extra Mediterranean "flavor". The aroma was provided by oregano, chili, olive oil and garlic, and without the peeled tomatoes, rice spaghetti and soy flakes it would not work.
