Soy snicle
Great food for vegetarians. I often prepare these steaks, they are very tasty.
Preparation steps
- Pour water into a sieve. Put vegeta, salt and pepper to taste. Put on the fire, and when the water boils, add snice. Put snicle on two or three occasions. Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes to soften.
- Strain the water and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Then beat it a little with a mallet on both sides.
- Beat the eggs with a little salt. Prepare flour and breadcrumbs in special bowls. If you also want sesame seeds, put sesame seeds in breadcrumbs.
- In a frying pan, pour oil. Roll the cooked snicle first in flour, then in scrambled eggs and finally in pretzels with sesame seeds. Then lower the snicle in hot oil, and fry over medium heat until finely browned on all sides.
- Fried snicle, put hi on paprika to absorb excess oil. Make a side dish as desired, and while it is still warm, serve it. I had rice as a side dish.
