Soy flour mayonnaise
This is a method of preparation that I use very often, as a spread or for a lean Russian salad, or some other salad. Let it be found. Very tasty.
Preparation steps
- Combine flour and water and cook to thicken. Allow to cool.
- Add salt and mustard to the cooled mixture, beat gently with a mixer and add a little oil, stirring constantly, until it is used up. Finally, add lemon juice to the whipped mixture and whisk.
- Transfer the prepared mayonnaise to a jar and store in the refrigerator. Garlic powder and ground pepper can also be added.
