Sowing hump spread
These Swiss people of mine have all sorts of ideas ... even when this head of mine is added to it .... eh then the imagination does everything: D
Preparation steps
- First, toast the bread in the oven or in a pan with a little fat.
- Cut the leaves of the sowing hump, wash and dry a little. I tapped them with kitchen paper to pick up the water. Leave a few leaves on the side for later decoration (I forgot so now I advise you :)).
- Put the garlic, walnuts and greens in a blender or if you have another machine that chops and chops. add creme fraiche or sour cream and mix everything.
- Crush the feta cheese with a fork until you get a crumbly mass (do not chop too much). Season to taste. Try it :) now .... add more cheese, cream or whatever you feel you still miss. I added everything little by little and then I added more coarsely chopped walnuts .... the aroma is phenomenal :)
- Spread on pieces of bread and decorate with walnuts and pieces of sowing hump.
Serving
The sowing hump is a very healthy plant, reminiscent of horseradish in taste and a bit spicy. Of course, with the addition of garlic, it gets an even more spicy taste. So you don’t need to add pepper or some other hot spices.
