Preparation steps

BISCUITS: Add mixed butter and sugar to the flour. Knead until you get a crumbly dough. Add coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts to it. Pour the mixture into 20cm. tin. then press well and align with your hands. Place to bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15min.
While the biscuit is baking, make a filling. In a bowl, add honey, brown sugar, eggs and mix. Add flour, baking powder, salt and finally add coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans.
Remove the biscuit from the oven and shake out the filling. Return to the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes afterwards.
