South Beach moussaka
The girls from the weight loss forum will know what it's all about. Anyone else who thinks South Beach is just a beach is obviously lucky with a slim line. As for the quantity, with me, more or less everything goes well for you (in principle, more is more). However, as the system requires that the quantities of food be entered, I will write something like that.
Preparation steps
- Saute finely chopped onion in oil (I prefer olive oil). Add a little garlic if desired. Add the minced meat and chop it further with a fork. Add vegeta, spicy ground red peppers (I mix sweet and hot, I still have half Hungarian blood). Drizzle the crumb with water or stock. Pepper.
- Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends and cut into longitudinal slices about half a finger thick. Add salt and leave for a while to drain off excess water. Put a row of zucchini on the bottom of an oiled pan or fire bowl, put minced meat on it and then a row of zucchini again. Mix scrambled eggs and sour cream. If desired, grated Parmesan cheese can be added. Pour over the moussaka and bake until it gets a nice "tanned" golden crust.
