Sour cream and white chocolate mousse

And finally something sweet. Beautiful mousse with homemade biscuits and mixed forest fruits.

Preparation steps

  • Put the contents of one bag of gelatin in the pot and pour 4 tablespoons of cold water as it says on the bag. Leave for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate. In a bowl with a hand whisk, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar into a light mass, then add to the melted chocolate. Stir and add the prepared gelatin. Cook for a few more minutes on steam, stirring constantly, then remove from the heat.
  • Whisk the sweet sour cream with a mixer and, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, add the mass of chocolate and egg yolks. Stir well.
  • Divide the resulting mixture into 6 glass bowls and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • Make homemade cookies. This time I used a recipe from the new issue of Sale & Pepe-3 eggs, 75 g of soft flour, 75 g of powdered sugar and a little salt.
  • Put 2-3 teaspoons of mixed forest fruit in the middle of each bowl - I used frozen - prick the homemade biscuits on four sides and let yourself enjoy.
