Preparation steps
- Put the cherries in a blender and mix well. Separate 100ml from the water. Put the remaining water, sugar, juice and lemon zest to boil and when it boils, add the thickener (which you mixed with 100ml of water so that there are no lumps) and cook the pellets around 5 min.
