Sour beets with beans and dried meat

When your child (who doesn't like anything-ha, ha) asks you to fill his plate a second time ... then you know that you cooked something nice .....

Preparation steps

  • I used homemade pickled beets. First I boiled it a bit and strained it. Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in fat, when the onion is glazed and the garlic smells, sprinkle with ground pepper. Stir and immediately pour water, then add the vegetable stock (cube-or Pod) heart), tomato sauce and a little tomato concentrate..Then add beets., ...
  • ... and meat ... Cook for about 50 minutes until the meat and beets are soft. Finally add the beans. Soak the flour in a little water and finally add to thicken the dish. Season to taste.
