Fine crunchy steamer prepared my way ....
Preparation steps
- Knead a dough of half a kg of flour, warm water, oil and a little salt. Divide it into two equal parts and let it stand for about 30 minutes.
- Pre-washed and chopped chard (in strips) after it has dried well, mix with a little olive oil, garlic, onion and toasted bacon. Let it stand as you roll out the dough.
- Roll out the dough into two equal circles. Flour the protvan with the corn flour and place the first part of the dough. Spread the chard mixture on it and cover it evenly with Parmesan cheese. Leave about 2 cm of gap at the edges. Then cover with another piece of dough and twist the edges tightly. Flour with corn flour and put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or as thick as you like it to be baked.
- When it's done, let it cool down and enjoy :) ps if it swells up a bit, don't worry, it will lie in place when you cut it into slices. And in order not to crumble, cover it with a cloth for 10 minutes as soon as you take it out of the oven and don't worry, it will stay crispy;)
