Somun

Fast, easy, great

Preparation steps

  • Put the yeast in the milk to add a little, mix with the flour, then add water, yogurt and the remaining yeast, knead a soft dough. Cover it with cling film and leave for about an hour and a half to rise. Shake the dough on a floured work surface and divide it into 5 to 10 balls, depending on how big a flatbread you want. Spread each ball with your fingers by pressing into a circle the thickness of a finger. Bake the flatbreads in a preheated oven for a maximum of about 7-8 minutes and immediately wrap them in a dry cloth.
