Sogan kebabs

Preparation steps

  • Mix all the ingredients for the meat. Mix well, to combine all the ingredients and finely blend. Pour water over everything, cover everything with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180C / 30 min. Uncover and continue baking for another 30 minutes, if necessary add more water during baking.
  • You serve kebab with pida bread with a nice meza salad with yogurt. Let there be some olives and cheese on the table. You can of course serve it with rice or potatoes.
