Soft chocolate cake from the nursery
These are my children's favorite cakes, let them have chocolate and no problem… Its original name is (Moeulleux au chocolat), and here it is often made by aunts in kindergarten, when it's someone's birthday, it is announced before and then they make it together with the children. and of course after eating). Preparation steps
- Tear the chocolate into small pieces. Melt in a bowl, over low heat, with sweet sour cream. Remove from the heat and stir a little more.
- Add the pieces of butter and continue to mix, with a wooden spoon, until everything is nicely assembled.
- Separate the egg yolks and egg whites. Whisk with a mixer egg yolks with sugar. And now, stirring with a food processor, little by little add the chocolate mixture, then the flour (slowly pouring).
- Beat the egg whites with a little salt into a stiff batter. Stir slowly into the mixture.
- Shake in a greased round cake tin (about 25 cm.). Bake in a preheated oven at 185 ° C for about 40 min.
- Leave the roast to cool, then take it out of the mold.
