Sofia Cake
I combined this cake from several cakes, everyone was delighted. It was a gift to little Sofia's aunt's girlfriend and hence the name :)
Preparation steps
- BISCUITS Whisk the egg whites with the sugar, add the pastries, oil, raisins, candied fruit, hazelnuts and ground wafer. Bake at 180C for about 20 minutes. Make three crusts like this.
- Put to boil 7dcl of milk. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, add another 3dcl of thick milk, pudding and ground wafer, mix it all and pour in the boiled milk and cook for 5-10 minutes. Shake in another bowl, cover with transparent foil but not the edges of the bowl. When it cools, add whipped margarine.
- Stacking order Put the first crust and then the filling of the jafa biscuit with the chocolate part facing down and then again the row of filling, crust - filling of the whole banana cream-filling-crust-filling-whipped cream (chocolate glaze can also be added if desired).
