Soccer pancake
My children recognize only one as the best pancakes .... the "full and hollow" ones from VESNAMAR ... For miles we even call her aunt with pancakes .... But I think I finally found something that is just as good .. ..So we will share the gold medal on the throne, and with our pancakes, the boys will win many more medals in football ...
Preparation steps
- For the pancake mixture, mix the eggs, milk, flour, salt and baking powder. Leave the mixture to stand for about half an hour. Cut the meat cheese with the help of a mold to get smaller circles about half a centimeter thick.
- Fry the meat cheese on all sides to get a nice color. Take them out of the pan. Then divide the meat cheese into 4 parts for 4 pancakes. Arrange the circles on the pan, and in between pour the pancake mixture in a thin layer. Pour the mixture around the meat cheese but not by him.
- Bake them at a moderate temperature for 1-2 minutes on each side ... be careful not to burn them. From 30 dag of meat cheese you get 4 pancakes like this and 4 more empty ones. You can either reduce the cheese per pancake or bake more.
- Serve them warm with mayonnaise or ketchup. If you have empty pancakes, you can fill them with cream cheese and slices of your favorite salami.
