Snow white coconut cubes

this is a recipe from my mom's notebook and I decided to try my hand at making cakes, this is my first cake I made, of course with a little help from my mom it turned out great :)))

Preparation steps

whisk the egg whites into the solid snow, add the sugar and stir again to make it firm, add the oil, coconut and flour and mix lightly with a spoon and pour into the pan and bake on low heat.
whisk the egg yolks and sugar in a steamer, add the melted chocolate and when it cools add the margarine, put the filling over the cooled crust and sprinkle with coconut.
