Snow White
A beautiful cake similar to white pie, but still a little different, much better for cutting and keeping in the fridge and in the freezer. I think that this will be my favorite for the holidays in the future, and of all the cakes, this one was everyone's favorite on the table.
Preparation steps
- Sift the flour with the baking soda into a bowl, then add the other ingredients and knead the dough.
- Cover the dough with cling film and leave for about half an hour to rest a bit.
- Divide the dough into 5 parts, then roll out 30x30 crusts and bake on baking paper at 160 degrees, taking care not to burn you.
- For the cream, mix the eggs with the sugar, flour and half a liter of milk, and boil in the other half of the milk as a pudding. Add the mixed margarine and the desired aroma (rum, lemon juice) to the cooled cream.
- Divide the cream into four parts and fill between the crusts.
