Preparation steps

Serving
If you can't stand onions, you can just put an egg on your eye. These steaks are served with boiled potatoes topped with brown sauce or you can make parsley sauce. Sometimes I serve them with baked potatoes, but you decide for yourself what to eat with these steaks.
