Snickers Muffins

Preparation steps

Cut the chocolates into larger pieces and the peanuts into medium ones.
Mix butter, sugar, pinch of salt and vanilla sugar. Add whole eggs, mix. Mix the flour with 2 teaspoons of baking powder and gradually add to the mixture as well as the milk. Mix well. Finally, stir in the peanuts and chocolate with a spatula or spoon.
In a 12-hole muffin tin, place 2 paper baskets in each. Fill with batter. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 175 ° C / hot air at 150 ° C for about 25 minutes.

Serving

Cool them a bit in the mold and take them out on the wire to cool completely. I used roasted peanuts in shell because I couldn’t find unsalted peels to buy.
