Snickers Muffins

recipe for mm and our Petra who are fans of Snickers chocolate

Preparation steps

  • Cut the chocolates into larger pieces and the peanuts into medium ones.
  • Mix butter, sugar, pinch of salt and vanilla sugar. Add whole eggs, mix. Mix the flour with 2 teaspoons of baking powder and gradually add to the mixture as well as the milk. Mix well. Finally, stir in the peanuts and chocolate with a spatula or spoon.
  • In a 12-hole muffin tin, place 2 paper baskets in each. Fill with batter. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 175 ° C / hot air at 150 ° C for about 25 minutes.

Serving

Cool them a bit in the mold and take them out on the wire to cool completely. I used roasted peanuts in shell because I couldn’t find unsalted peels to buy.
