Snickers Fantasy
It melts in your mouth. There are many recipes for snicker cake and I have tried most of the recipes but I am most satisfied with this. With few ingredients and easy preparation and the taste of cocoon chocolate sneakers or even better. The recipe is Norwegian. Favorite children's cake. The cake is best when it stays overnight. My stake is served as soon as it is made.
Preparation steps
- Measure all the necessary ingredients for the stake.
- Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
- Cover the middle pan with greaseproof paper.
- Put salty crackers in a plastic bag and crush into smaller pieces with a rolling pin. Chop the peanuts in the same way. Set the mixture aside.
- Make solid snow from egg whites and sugar (add sugar gradually). Lightly combine the solid snow with a mixture of crackers, peanuts, pastries and vanilla. Spread the mixture on paper and flatten. Bake for about 25 minutes. Cool
- For the cream, mix the egg yolks, sugar and sweet cream. cook gently until thickened. Remove from the heat and add the crushed chocolate, stir until the chocolate melts, add sliced butter and stir to melt and combine well. Arrange the filling on the crust. Garnish with a little salted peanuts. Leave the stake to set well and preferably overnight. My stake is not welcome to spend the night.
