Snails with minced meat

The other morning I was thinking about how much I adored this dish in kindergarten and school. It's been 20 years since then, and I haven't cooked this dish once ... until the other day :) it turned out exactly as I remember it - soft, tasty, soluble in the mouth ... good taste!

Preparation steps

  • Put butter on a heated pan. While it melts, add finely chopped onion and 1 clove of crushed garlic. Simmer until mirrored. Add the minced meat and cook for about 25 minutes on low heat. While cooked, add salt, pepper and vegeta. Add 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce (COMBINO PASTASAUCE from Lidl - the best for me personally) and a tablespoon of cream. Stir in the parmesan. Cook the pasta separately. While cooked, mix the pasta and sauce and serve.
