Snails with cheese and eggs
My aunt showed me this a long time ago, and I often make them for a child! Beautiful to the eye and delicious!
Preparation steps
- Filling - Crumble the cheese, add eggs, sour water, oil, baking powder and salt and whisk.
- Put one crust and coat the whole in a thin layer with the filling, put the other over, then the crust again, then fill and so on until the material is used up.
- Wrap the coated crusts in a roll.
- Cut the roll into 3 cm thick pieces and arrange on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Whisk the sour cream with the egg yolk and apply one large spoonful of the filling to each creep.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200C until golden brown.
