Preparation steps

  • Leave it for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a warm place.
  • Halve the dough into two parts, roll out each part (approximately 40 × 20) with marmalade (or nutella) (the one I spread with marmalade on marmalade I always sprinkle a little ground almonds (walnuts or hazelnuts) ... roll (like a roll) and cut into pieces ( as gnocchi) only in the evening about 6-7cm. Arrange upright in a greased mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 24m this time and you can also fold in a smaller pan), cover with a cloth and leave until the oven heats up to 160 ° C. 35min (until they catch a nice color).
  • The dough is very soft so when you put the snails upright they will crumble a little one by one, but it doesn't matter :)) There is half with jam (from pomegranate), sprinkled with almonds and half with nutella! When it cools down a bit, sprinkle it with powdered sugar :)
  • Just baked, heart of the cake :))
