Smokey balls
I created this recipe for my husband who adores Smoki, and it is intended for all other Smoki fans :) A simple and very tasty pedal almost in an instant !!
Preparation steps
- Pour cream cheese into a deeper bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and add grated cheese as desired. Grind Smoki into a multipractice so that you get crumbs, then pour into a bowl with cream cheese. Combine everything nicely. In a frying pan without oil, fry the sesame seeds, and finally pour half into a bowl, leaving the rest aside. Create balls from the obtained mass, then roll them in a mixture of ground Smokey and sesame seeds. If the mass is a bit sticky, you can always add more ground Smokey. Put in the fridge to firm up well, then serve. Pleasant!
