Smoked gilthead sea bream on a rich SEMI-VEGA salad no.7
This is a real delicacy. Smoked gilthead sea bream and sea bass are relatively newer in our market (I mean domestic) and there are not too many recipes. My favorite is with salad. Maybe there is someone else. A. Ugarković, except in salads, also uses fried ... it's a shame for me to do that. But it’s certainly just as fine.
Preparation steps
- Cook the chickpeas, whole black rice and lightly fry the pine nuts. Wash all vegetables and cut into strips and slices. Season with the prepared dressing and serve on a large plate. Put a couple of pieces (maybe a lot, if any) of smoked sea bream on the salad and cover with olive oil. It can also be sea bass, because it also has to buy smoked. There is also a variant that the smoked fish is torn into pieces and mixed into a salad as desired. It doesn't suit me because then I don't even feel like eating fish, it gets lost in the salad.

This dish can be as a delicious cold appetizer, but also a main dish, for those of us who love salads!
