Smoked cheese lasagna
I thought this might be interesting ... and I wasn't wrong. They smeared everything.
Preparation steps
- Saute finely chopped shallots in a tablespoon of butter. Add flour, mix well and cover with milk. Stir with a whisk to prevent lumps from forming. Season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
- Coat small molds (for 1 person) for lasagna with butter and arrange alternately: dough, sauce and smoked cheese. Finish with the sauce and sprinkle with chopped mozzarella.
- Bake lasagna at 225 ° C until it gets a nice color.

Serve as a warm appetizer.
