Smoked carp with potato salad

Simple ... and beautiful ...

Preparation steps

  • Wash the smoked carp, put it on baking paper, pour 2 dl of cold water over it, and wrap it well with another piece of baking paper on top. Place in the oven, at 180 degrees, to bake in the steam that will be created by the evaporation of water, and to soften. It's done in about half an hour.
  • For potato salad, you should wash well and cook the potatoes in their skins. When it is cooked, pour off the water and leave it to cool well. During that time, you should cut the onion into ribs, add a little salt and mash it by hand, so that the ribs separate. When the potatoes have cooled well, cut them into slices, mix it with the onion, and season to taste, adding a little more salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Pleasant!
