Smarties Cookies
Fine biscuits with colorful smarties candies. You can give the mix of ingredients for these cookies in a jar that you personally decorated with the cookie recipe. The person you give as a gift should only add one egg and butter and bake cookies :) and the kids are interesting;)
Preparation steps
- If you want to donate a mix of ingredients for these cookies, prepare 1 jar of 1 l size with a stopper. Fill the jar with the ingredients in the following order: * 160 g flour * pinch of salt * 1 tablespoon baking powder * 90 g oatmeal * 100 g smarties candy * 100 g chocolate drops * 130 g sugar * 1 vanilla sugar * 50 g chopped walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds as desired Close the jar and decorate. Be sure to write a short recipe and instruction on a small piece of paper and attach it to a ribbon or make a label that says the recipe and stick it on the jar either either ... or like me. I wrote a short recipe that reads: “Smarties Cookies” Mix all the ingredients with one beaten large egg and 150 g of melted butter and knead the dough. Shape into walnut-sized balls, arrange on a paper-lined baking sheet and bake at 175 degrees for 13 minutes. I wrote the recipe on the back of the smarties candy sticker and attached it to the ribbon.
- If you are baking these biscuits for yourself, mix all the ingredients with 1 beaten large egg (size L) and 150 g of melted butter.
- Knead the dough.
- Make walnut-sized balls out of the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. I got exactly 30 balls.
- Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 13 minutes.
- Serve with coffee or tea
