Small pancakes
Everyone thinks that pancakes are easy to prepare. And everyone is right. For big gourmands, prepare small pancakes and decorate them with marzipan ribbon.
Preparation steps
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar, sweet cream and milk to the egg yolks and knead a smooth dough. Finally, lightly stir in the beaten egg whites until stiff.
- Place the mixture on a small oiled pan (Ø 12 cm) and first bake on low heat on one side, then turn carefully.
- Coat each pancake with Lino ice cream and arrange one on top of the other in groups of 4.
- Arrange strips of marzipan mixed with powdered sugar and food coloring or strips of orange over the pancakes so that they look like “tied packets” with a bow.
Serving
Serve for breakfast or late lunch.
Advice
Instead of bows, you can only draw a happy face on the upper pancake (smile).
