Istrian jota
Jota is one of the bountiful winter maneštras of the largest Croatian peninsula, which once excellently defended against cold and disease.
It doesn't have a name but it's fine
Watching a report on the Middle East and the Mediterranean, I came across a dish prepared with lamb. Mine are not lamb lovers except on the spit, I decided to try the procedure, but with completely different ingredients. we don't like (our bitch Lu would eat) to throw as little as possible if Lu doesn't want to eat too.
It started as a trifolate :))
..continued as a triple trifolate..and ended as a compound
Juicy potatoes
Our lunch today, very tasty and juicy, all that was left were empty plates…
Kamara
I picked up this recipe somewhere on TV, many years ago. It is delicious and quick to prepare. The smell of bacon in the kitchen is simply intoxicating.
Kaul-cauliflower
Cauliflower is not very popular with children.
Keljoto ......
This is good for someone who is not a big fan of kale. My children used to be that, but with a combination we came up with this new name and it was no more: we don't like kale ......
Koh of rice and zucchini
A light lunch in zucchini season!
Kozaracka Kvrgusa moje Nana
The recipe for this wonderful and old dish comes from Kozarac, where my Nana is from. I know that the recipe is already there but it has changed a lot in terms of preparation .. and since this recipe of mine has been stretched since my prana, I think I have the right to put it in my recipes because I grew up on my grandmother's food and her food is the best food in the world and no one can do it like Moja Nane ..: D
LANCASHIRE HOTPOT - English-style lamb and potatoes
A compound made from meat, vegetables and potatoes, a simple 19th-century recipe from the Lancashire county of northern England. Nowadays it is considered one of the traditional dishes of English cuisine which you can find on the menu of many English pubs. Hotpot (hot = hot, pot = pot) - refers to a pot for cooking complex and similar dishes, "all in one pot". Great Sunday lunch!
Lasagna moussaka with zucchini
This recipe came about because I wanted to make classic lasagna but I only had a few leaves in the pantry for them. I opened the fridge, saw the zucchini and the idea was born on its own. This is how this delicious, lighter combination was created, which will keep you full and not bite your conscience because you have smeared a caloric portion of lasagna. Still, there are vegetables ...;)
Lasagna with eggplant
Lovers of eggplant and lasagna, pay attention to this wonderful dish in combination with almonds, hazelnuts, parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes and other ingredients….
Layered pasta with vegetables
This layered dish could comfortably be called fake lasagna. A row of pasta, a row of rich vegetable stuffing, a row of béchamel and an impatient rumble around the oven as the enticing smell spreads through the kitchen. And then enjoy a nice and juicy layered lunch :)
Leek pie
Well, now… Rare are those who like leeks, but I must mention that this pie will deceive those who do not like it too much. So if you love it-try it, and if you don't like it-try it anyway, it might surprise you !!
Legume compound
One nice old recipe from my late mom, slightly modified over time.
Light summer compound with zucchini, okra and peas
The "200 g of carbohydrates per day" diet is not particularly difficult to maintain, but it poses interesting challenges, because it limits the use of bread, dough, rice and flour. So I went out into the garden and picked vegetables, and calculated this light lunch for two. It is a meal of 60 g of carbohydrates per person. Zucchini gives freshness, minced meat and peas satiety, and okra that wonderful juiciness.
