Preparation steps
- Put warm water in a deeper kneading bowl and stir in the yeast. Add a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of flour and wait a while for the yeast to start rising.
- Then in the same bowl add yogurt, one egg, 6 tablespoons oil, a tablespoon of salt and mix everything. Start adding flour. You can first mix with a spoon and then by hand to get a medium soft dough. Cover the dough and leave it to rise for about 30 minutes.
- Take pan No. 32, oil it and sprinkle with a little flour. Cut the cheese into cubes about one centimeter.
- Mix the dough and place it in a baking tray and roll it out with your hands to fill the baking tray. The dough should be about 3 cm thick. Cut the obtained bread into cubes with a knife, but not to the end.
- Beat the egg and do not brush on the bread. Take the cumin and put it on the edges where you cut the dough, so that you mark the cubes.
- Turn the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the bread until it turns brown. When it is done, take it out and cover it to cool a bit, then serve.
