I came across this elephant while I was looking for some pictures on food tube about food decoration. In my version the elephant is made of debreciner.

Preparation steps

  • Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into two pieces so that one part is a little longer. From the longer part, cut two thin rings that will represent the elephant's legs, and use the rest for the carcass. Make the elephant's head from the other half by making two cuts vertically for the trunk on one part, and then cut horizontally all the way to the trunk. From that part that you separated, cut two semicircles for the ears. Squeeze 2 cloves for the eyes. Use a toothpick to connect the head and torso.
