Slavonski Čobanac

I laugh at my children, they eat cobanac, and I hear sipping, squeezing and mumbling like from a pigsty. But not rude, it's a pleasure :). I ask hi -And aren't you angry? And the little, mustachioed heads turn and say - Angry is healthy! : D So you know, the cobanac must be angry;)! And it's good if you don't provide a plate and a spoon.

Preparation steps

  • Finely chop the onion and sauté. Add the beef to it, sauté for an hour and a half, add the lamb and after an hour add the pork, diced. If it catches, cover with water.
  • After half an hour, add the chopped garlic, add water to cover the meat, add salt, sweet and hot pepper.
  • Cook for another half an hour and add the tomatoes towards the end.

Serving

You can also cook pasta. Eat with cabbage salad.
