Slavonian salty rolls (screws)
I've been on coolica for a long time, but I've never published a recipe before, I've always just asked for it :-) But looking through the recipes for rolls, I didn't find one like the one I use, so I decided to share it with you. I tried these rolls once in Slavonia, but I didn't have a recipe for it, until I saw them on the face of my colleague Ivona, who later forwarded the recipe to me, and I'm happy to share it with you, because of its simplicity and finesse :-)
Preparation steps
- Mix all the ingredients and roll out 1 finger thick, grate 1 margarine from the freezer and fold a couple of times. Put in a bag and refrigerate to stand overnight. The next day, roll out and cut strips of dough in half and fold them into screws. Arrange thickly in a baking pan and immediately pour the raw dough with mixed 1 yogurt, cream, 2 eggs and a tablespoon of salt. Bake at 180.
